The first round of matches have been played in the Newlands Invitation Cup, which is in its sixth season.
Prince of Wales Sunday beat St Georges 2-1, with the decider a cracking volley from Alan Morley senior.
Eccleshill Sunday were 5-2 winners over Beldon Sports, with braces from Ian Horricks and Daniel Patefield.
Victoria Rangers Sunday suffered at the feet of New Inn Celtic, losing 7-2, with Lee Binns and Mat Williams on the mark for Rangers.
Champions Yeadon Ventus fought back from a goal down to beat Robin Hood 5-1 in Group B, while Prince of Wales saw off Bradford Arms 4-1, with braces from Mathew Lister and Mark Glennon, and Seven Stars beat Ravenscliffe Reserves 2-1.
