Thorpe Edge & Greengates Land Transferred to NCA

The land surrounding the Rockwell Community Centre which was purchased from BMDC was today transferred to the ownership of the Newlands Community Association. It includes The Depot which is currently home to Newlands Transport & the Newlands Furniture Service. The other property which was also transferred today was the old library on Redcar Road which is currently home to the Newlands Furniture Service.
