Balanced Scorecard Workshop

The NCA Board and staff attended a Balanced Scorecard Workshop.

The Balanced Scorecard will play an important role in the NCA's application to Community Builders for funding to build the Newlands Enterprise Campus.

The workshop was a very interactive and positive process and all the attendees thought the process well worthwhile.
