Laura who is the receptionist for the Holybrook Centre became the Newlands Community Association's first candidate for an NVQ. Laura enrolled in November 2007.
John Rawnsley, a Director for the Newlands Community Association, who presented Laura with her certificate said "we are all proud of Laura's achivement and hope she will be the first of many successful candidates for the NCA".
