The NCA have achieved a Level 1 in PQASSO (Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations).
They are on schedule to reach Level 2 by the 31st of March 2008 (their target date).
The NCA Board wish to thank Gay Holdich for all her hard work in assisting the NCA in gaining Level 1.
