Vision, Mission and Values

The NCA will be a positive, friendly, pro-active organisation that is the focal point for community led regeneration in East Bradford. We will be well known with a high profile and have good relationships and strong links with local residents and organisations based in the area.

We will provide a range of services for the whole community from the very young to very old including people from all backgrounds from all parts of the Newlands area. We will support and encourage initiatives that help to bring the community together and develop projects which help local people to have a better quality of life.

We will work in a structured, professional and inclusive way supporting the work of our partners and also initiating our own projects. These projects will be financially and environmentally sustainable. We will develop our asset base to generate income, which we will use to support activities that address the needs of the Newlands residents.
