In 2002 I formed Newmason Properties specialising in conversions and listed buildings, as well as brownfield sites. Recently completed Byron Halls, a residential conversion in Bradford and then Victoria Mills, a mixed use and residential award winning conversion. Currently working on new build for Tesco Express.
